How many baggage ?
Each adult or child passenger (aged 2 to 12 years) is allowed to carry 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item.
Accepted accessories
The personal item must be smaller than a carry-on bag, such as :
- A handbag,
- A small backpack,
- A camera pouch or bag.
For your information, a laptop is not considered an accessory. It is regarded as carry-on baggage.
Cabin baggage weight
The allowed baggage allowance is 5 kg.
Due to the limited size of the overhead compartments on our ATR 72-600 aircraft, we have set the carry-on baggage weight limit at 5 kg to ensure smooth operations and the safety of all passengers.
This limit applies only to the carry-on bag and does not include the weight of any personal items.
Cabin baggage dimensions
The carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead compartment.
Maximum Sizes :
- Carry-on baggage: up to 115 cm: 55 cm + 35 cm + 25 cm (length + width + depth), including pockets, wheels, and handles.
- Personal item: up to 75 cm: 25 cm + 35 cm + 15 cm (length + width + depth).
For your information, Air Moana provides templates to check these dimensions. They are located in the check-in area. Any non-compliant carry-on baggage may be checked in as hold baggage and accepted on a conditional basis. Fees may apply if your total checked baggage exceeds the initial allowance.
Are liquids allowed in the cabin ?
When traveling, it is possible to bring liquids, gels, and creams in the cabin under certain conditions :
- Containers must not exceed a capacity of 100 ml.
- Products must be stored in a transparent, resealable plastic bag (maximum dimensions: 20 cm x 20 cm; maximum capacity 1 liter). One bag per person.
For your information, it is possible to exceed these limits for certain types of liquids, such as :
- Baby food,
- Prescription medications,
- Food items for specific diets,
- Products purchased in duty-free, presented in a sealed bag with the receipt visible.
