When is my flight counted?

Your flight is counted once the trip has actually been completed.
The trip must have been completed to count toward your progress. A booking and a purchase alone are not enough. The counter starts for trips purchased from 08/14/2026 onward.
What counts as an eligible flight?
An eligible flight is one taken during the operation period, between 08/14/2026 and 02/13/2027.
It must correspond to a paid ticket. Free tickets (obtained through a promotional game or as compensation, for example) are not eligible.
Eligible routes cover the entire Air Moana network. These can be round-trip or one-way flights: 2 one-way flights count as 1 round trip.
We automatically count every completed flight and will send you updates on your progress. We make it easy for you!
How do I use my reward?
Complete 20 round-trip flights and we'll give you your next 2 trips for free!
Once you reach the first threshold of 5 round trips, we'll let you know. You'll then have the choice to use this first benefit or keep going toward the next tier. At each tier, we'll notify you, and you'll be the one who chooses your reward.
The discount percentage applies to the fare amount excluding taxes, as it stood at the time of booking. The reward trip may be chosen by the customer anywhere within the Air Moana network, up to the length of the longest route flown to reach the reward thresholds. The same principle applies to the free tickets. You'll have 6 months from the issue date to use them.
Baggage add-ons, upgrades, and free tickets are subject to availability.

1× Papeete–Huahine–Papeete,
1× Raiatea–Bora Bora–Raiatea,
