Valid identification documents

Are you traveling soon with Air Moana ? Make sure you have all the necessary documents to meet the requirements.

Identity documents

In accordance with current regulations, all passengers must present a valid identification document at various checkpoints. It is your responsibility to verify the compliance and validity of your identification documents. In the event of non-presentation or non-compliance, Air Moana reserves the right to deny check-in and boarding access

Accepted identification documents on our flights

A minor is considered accompanied if they are under the responsibility of an identified adult throughout the entire passenger journey, from check-in to boarding. This may be:

• a parent,

• a legal guardian,

• a designated accompanying person, such as a teacher or group leader.

Children aged 0 to 12 – ACCOMPANIED

No proof of identity is required. Acceptance is based on the consistency of the situation, particularly between:

• the minor,

• the accompanying person,

• the documents presented, such as an accompaniment certificate or nominative list.

The presentation of a family document, such as a family record book or birth certificate, is recommended in order to facilitate checks. These documents do not constitute proof of identity.

Special cases – groups of children:

• presence of an identified supervisor holding a valid identity document,

• consistency of the group validated by the supervisor or station manager,

• presentation of a school group accompaniment certificate signed by the school,

• presentation of an official nominative list of students, signed and stamped.

Schools must contact the Air Moana department in order to obtain and complete the required forms before departure.

In the event of loss or theft of identity documents:

Please contact our sales department 24 hours before departure with your declaration endorsed by the police or gendarmerie.
