Rangiroa airport is located between the ocean and lagoon, in the northeast of the island, a few kilometers from the village of Avatoru. It takes a 1-hour flight from Tahiti and a 1-hour 15-minute flight from Bora Bora before landing between the ocean and lagoon at the island’s only airport.
