Your reservation number can be found in the upper right corner of your electronic ticket. This number consists of 6 alphanumeric characters. You can also find it in the booking confirmation email that was sent to you.
Is it possible to add additional services during online check-in ?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add additional services during online check-in with Air Moana. However, you can add certain services, such as excess baggage, subject to availability, directly at the counters during your check-in at the airport.
After checking in online, do I still need to go to the check-in counters at the airport ?
After checking in online, whether you need to go to the check-in counters at the airport depends on your situation. If you have checked baggage, you will need to stop by our check-in counters to drop it off. However, if you are traveling only with carry-on luggage that meets our requirements, you can proceed directly to the boarding area with your digital or printed boarding pass and your ID. Our agents will provide you with your seat number and boarding pass.
