Length of stay refers to the time between your outbound and return flights. Our fare conditions vary depending on the length of your stay, with options ranging from 1 to 365 days.
For example, if you travel from 1 January to 25 January, only fares that allow a stay of more than 24 days will be displayed in your flight search.
Can I change my fare type after purchasing my ticket ?
Yes, you can change your fare type after purchasing your ticket.
If you wish to upgrade to a higher fare, you can make the change directly on our website through the Manage My Booking section, or by contacting an Air Moana representative by phone, at one of our ticket offices, or via the contact form available on our website. Any applicable fare difference and change fees will be charged at the time of the modification.
If you wish to downgrade to a lower fare, this change can only be made by contacting an Air Moana representative directly.
Are taxes refundable on a non-refundable ticket ?
Yes. The taxes included in the price of a non-refundable ticket are refundable, provided that the ticket has not been used, in accordance with applicable aviation regulations.
To request a refund of the taxes, access your booking on our website and click "Cancel Flight". A notification will be sent to our team, who will process your request in accordance with the fare conditions of your ticket.
If you are unable to access your booking, or if your ticket was not purchased through our website, you can contact an Air Moana representative by phone, visit one of our ticket offices, or use the contact form available on our website.
