The length of stay indicates the time between your outbound and return flights. Our fare conditions vary based on this duration, with options ranging from 1 to 365 days. For example, for a trip from January 1st to January 25th, only offers allowing a stay of more than 24 days will be displayed during your flight search.
Is it possible to change the fare class once the ticket has been purchased ?
Yes, it is possible to change the fare class after purchasing your ticket. If you wish to upgrade to a higher class, you can make this change directly on our website in the "Manage My Booking" section, or by contacting an Air Moana agent by phone, at an agency, or through the contact form available on our website. A fare adjustment and any applicable fees will be applied at the time of the modification.
However, if you wish to change to a lower fare class, this modification can only be made by directly contacting an Air Moana agent.
Are taxes refundable for a non-refundable ticket ?
Yes, the taxes included in the price of a non-refundable ticket are refundable if the ticket has not been used, in accordance with airline regulations. A notification will be sent to our agents, who will process your request in accordance with the fare conditions of your ticket.
